There is a couple on the 1910 Simpson Co, MS ED 124 Sheet 7A, listed as Eugene Manning age 19 head, Ida age 20 wife, married 5 years. There is also a Eugene Harper and wife Ida living in Tarrant Co., TX for the 1920 (ED 96 Sheet 7b) and 1930 (ED 220-3 Sheet 2a) censuses who have dates and places of birth that match the 1910 Simpson Co., MS. On Eugene Harper's death record his wife is listed as Eula M. and she does not know who his parents are. LDS postings have him as son of Theodore Quitman Manning & Harriett Harper.)
